Right now, we’ve laid out the itinerary we’re planning to follow though Spain and a little bit of the Languedoc. I say “plan” because, as they say, “Man plans, and God laughs” and usually things change along the way.  For certain, we have book-ended the trip with apartment reservations and plane flights into Madrid, and out of Barcelona.
